Seeking more flexibility in pricing and services, in November 2010 founder Anthony Cavalea resolved to create his own company to better serve his clients in difficult economic times. That company was named Able Realty.
In January 2011, Able Realty opened and has been providing the high quality expertise it's customers have come to expect. Able Realty also worked in the distressed property market listing bank owned (REO) properties and short sales. The Real Estate market is ever-evolving, and so is Able Realty. The company has since shifted it's focus away from REO listings and to concentrate on retail clients, leveraging the various experience and expertise gained during the foreclosure crisis to aid traditional buyers and sellers.
Able Realty now provides unparalleled value to its clients by proving top-notch listing service at competitive rates to it's seller clients and a steadfast, consultative representation to it's buyer clients.

Why should I choose your company and not a big, well-known name?
What really counts is the individual agent and their designated managing broker. There are many capable agents working at the big companies, but the opposite is true as well. The big companies have largely the same tools that we do. Some of them may claim to have some secret app or gimmick to sell your home faster or for more money, but it really comes down to the fundamentals and practices of your individual agent and their designated managing broker. I'm a first time home buyer. Where should I start?
The first step in the process is to figure out your budget so that you are looking in an approrpiate price range. If you start looking at homes in the 400-500K range, but then you find out that you can only afford 200-300K, you're going to be disappointed with every home you see. Costs to consider: down payment, the mortgage payment (as a function of principal and interest), homeowners insurance, property taxes, HOA costs, and closing costs, such as finance charges and title insurance fees.
